The journey begins with Burrata, a creamy delight paired with a tangy tomato coulis, marinated cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of basil oil. Next, the San Daniele Prosciutto arrives, accompanied by fragrant rosemary focaccia.

The pasta course features a white duck ragu with casarecce, topped with crispy speck and a generous sprinkling of pecorino. The ragu is rich and hearty, the duck tender and flavourful, and the pecorino adds a sharp, salty note.

The pizza offering, the Prawn Nerano, is a standout creation. Named after a picturesque village on Italy's Sorrento peninsula, this pizza features a unique blend of zucchini cream, smoked bufala mozzarella, prawns, basil, and fried zucchini.
