/Finding a home on Bourke Street, Seouljaboy exudes a slick yet casual environment set against a bar setting.
In line with its social setting, the menu items are primarily designed for sharing, with dishes divided into user friendly sections. The menu is abundant with options and features Korean street cuisine and American BBQ flavours combined with modern techniques and twists alongside excellent service.

We enjoyed the kimchi pancakes which boasted a crispy and light texture courtesy of being made from wheat flour and pan-fried with the perfect amount of heat. The manh doo dumplings were similarly delicious. These pork and chive potstickers had beautifully silky skins and perfectly crispy bases.
For the main affair, you cannot go wrong with their mouth-watering beef ribs. The beef ribs were tender and delicious, with caramel undertones, courtesy of being slow cooked for hours in a special soy glaze. Together with kimchi, it was simply delicious!
Another must have is the Sakura Salmon. Think perfectly cooked salmon dressed in ginger-miso and served with a side of daikon salad and Seouljaboy's famous eggplant chips.
Our visit concluded on a sweet note with a moreish deconstructed lemon cheese cake. We loved this delightful layered creation.
Seouljaboy delivers high quality Korean and American fusion cuisine and assimilates perfectly in Melbourne’s casual dining scene. The food produced adheres to a very high standard and looks to both surprise and please.
