Station Mingle

Conveniently located next to Sandringham Station, Melbourne. Station Mingle is a gorgeous neighbourhood café that draws locals and visitors alike. The cafe serves a delicious variety of breakfast and lunch options that cater to most. As expected of any great Melbourne café, coffee is great and poured by adept baristas.

We loved both the dishes we tried. The Soba Noodle Salad was a flavour-laden mix of tender satay chicken skewers, soba noodles, vegetables, spring onion and decadent satay sauce. Station Mingle’s Smashed Avocado was yet another winner. Think crusty sourdough topped with smashed avo, edamame beans, seaweed sheet, beetroot hummus and bacon.
