As expected of any good Melbourne café, the coffee is great - - a fact not lost on customers who relish in the quality caffeine hit. Our cappuccinos arrived with a perfect layer of silken froth, complete with a flawless rosetta, and tasted terrific.

We loved tasting our way through the menu.

The pretty as a picture superfood salad was a crowd pleaser - a brilliant amalgamation of black rice, quinoa, sweet potato, turmeric cauliflower, pomegranate and beet yogurt dressing topped off with oozy poached eggs.

Whatever you do, save room for dessert. The red velvet pancakes go down a treat served with vanilla mascarpone, brownie soil, fresh strawberries, blueberries and vanilla ice cream.
