Yardmill Raw High Tea
/Working with Head Pastry Chef Emma Granleese, owner Tracey Sisson has combined her dedication to good food and wellness with her love of an exquisite and delicious High Tea, to be shared with close friends and family, the Yardmill way.
Gastrology recently indulged in this delicious High Tea in the comfort of our own home courtesy of the convenient delivery service.
Each item was meticulously made and tasted terrific, courtesy of the efforts by Emma and Tracey in working with local farmers, nutritionists and their dedicated chefs to create dishes which not only help nourish locals, but provide a real ‘from scratch’ home cooked experience - an extension of Emma and Tracey’s own kitchens at home.
With a passion for good food, local produce and attention to detail, Emma and Tracey’s exquisite range of raw goods include Mini Raw Vegan Carrot Cakes with Creaming Lemon Icing, Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Chai and Crunchy Cocoa Nibs and Fresh Tropical Chai Shots. Everything is made from impeccable quality ingredients, mindfully prepared and were enthusiastically consumed by us at home.
As vegan as these sweets are, they were concocted without a single sacrifice to flavour. Every item was a wonderful vegan interpretation of the original.
Considering the sweet treats had to omit common ingredients like eggs or dairy products (think cheesecake without cheese) we were pleasantly surprised by how good these sweet treats tasted. While they were very different to their “original” counterparts, they were unique and delicious in their own right.
The Yardmill Raw High Tea series provides delicious, delicate and attractive offerings for events and occasions, while catering for potential food intolerances, with no refined sugars, no dairy, no gluten and 100% raw.
