Bentwood

Bentwood is yet another stunner of a café by the legends behind Tinker and Penta. 

For something light and moreish, we recommend the Sriracha baked salmon served with raw zoodles, edamame, avocado, herb dressing and fried basil.

If you are after a healthy and nutrient dense truly gratifying dish of Braised Spiced Lamb is a winner – I delicious amalgamation of pulled lamb, grain herb salad, feta, pomegranate, sumac and pickled red cabbage, sitting atop baked eggplant and labneh. 

Naughty but seriously nice, do not go past the Golden Gaytime Panna Cotta –think  decadent chocolate panna cotta served with honeycomb, salted caramel, roasted peanuts, banana and raspberries. Simply stunning!
