Our journey commenced at Changi Airport, the moment we arrived. A hotel ambassador assisted us with our luggage and airport procedures before guiding us to a thoroughly comfortable journey in the dedicated limousine with in-vehicle services including refreshing chilled bottled water and complimentary wireless connectivity and newspapers. This experience is included as part of your stay for Guests in the Executive, Royal, Ambassador and Presidential Suites but can also be arranged for all other hotel guests at a nominal fee.

Club Heritage Room
