La Roche is a much loved St Kilda institution serving an impressive range of food and beverages across their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
We loved tasting our way through their dinner menu. Our top pick was the full rack of Whiskey BBQ beef ribs served with chips and slaw. It was slathered in addictive sauce and was so tender it simply fell off the bone. The mussels with white wine cream and garlic was similarly delicious and bursting with flavour.
Dessert time continued to please. Whatever you do make sure you try the sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce. You can thank us later.
Combining a ridiculously huge menu with plenty of options, warm and friendly service and a great vibe, it is no wonder La Roche has been drawing in the crowds for decades.
