Co Lab x Luxbite

Co Lab has launched in Westfield Doncaster with Melbourne’s best food eateries popping up for foodies to enjoy.

LuxBite has just popped up at Co Lab for a limited time only! Gastrology recently attended the launch of the LuxBite pop up onto the Co Lab site where we indulged in delicious (and amazingly beautiful) sweet treats including lovely macarons and Easter-themed cake. 

LuxBite is a destination for anyone for whom the sweet life is the only one worth pursuing. They take pleasure in creating and inspiring amazing sweets and desserts to delight the eyes and the tastebuds. LuxBite think of it as an edible jewel box of colours, flavours and textures – a kind of pleasure palace. It isn’t all sweet though, they serve up tasty savoury bites, too.

LuxBite realise their dream of opening their very own dessert Mecca, and now a pop up, so they could create the kind of desserts and pastries that we dream about. Fusing their Asian and Australian backgrounds together, along with a sense of fun and popular culture. Examples include our nostalgic Lolly Bag Cake (created for their appearance of MasterChef Australia), and flavours like pandan, kaya, fused with traditional French pastry technique.

Visit LuxBite  at Co Lab until Monday March 28  on Level 1 near Sass and Bide in Westfield Doncaster.
